HOW DO YOU INTERPRET YOUR MOVIE'S MUSIC?

Apparently this is an epic comedy with tragic undertones... Sexy hero of the working class falls in love out of his/her station. Accused of being a gold-digger, our hero uses the unfair accusation to leave and see the world but doesn't get far before being drawn back to the estranged love. From "afar" s/he watches and longs, pretending s/he's fine, but finally attempts to flee again. Drunk and distressed, our hero spends time in rehab, where true love seeks him/her out. At first the reunion is entered into with thoughts of revenge, but it IS True Love, after all. Wedding and the birth of their child seem to make this a Happy Ending, but a battle with lucky but evil Chimney Sweeps saves the neighborhood at the expense of our hero's mortality. Like Davey Crockett, s/he fought the good fight against overwhelming odds but succumbs in the end. The Funeral Song and End Credits tell us to be alert against unknown agents of evil, even among our own government.
